Why have we changed the uniform?

When CMAT took over the sponsorship of the school in October 2014, a decision was made to re-name and re-brand the school. A new name, logo and branding was developed and a new uniform was decided to be introduced at the same time as the first CMAT cohort starting in September 2015.

How was the new uniform decided?

A 4 month consultation process from October 2014 to February 2015 took place with members of the community, parents and students. This involved sending in ideas, filling in questionnaires and a public vote on the final three designs. Many thanks to everyone who contributed to the ideas. There were too many entries to thank everyone individually but we do appreciate everyone’s input.

What does the uniform look like?

Please click on the image to enlarge it. Girls will wear an open necked white blouse with the lion logo, embroidered in their house colour, on the lapel. Girls have the option of wearing a tartan kilt ( Campbell fabric ) or black trousers. Both boys and girls will wear a blazer with grey taping on the collar and embroidered with the school logo. The boys’ tie will include their house colour.

There will also be a new PE kit – consisting of a black and white shirt and black shorts or skort for the girls.

Further details on the uniform can be found here.
