CMAT Team take on Marathon Challenge

Next month a team of five CMAT employees, including our very own Mr Partington, will take on the challenge of the London Marathon to raise money for Sue Ryder Hospices in memory of their friend and CMAT founder, Martin Bacon. Former principal of Swavesey Village College, and founder of the CMAT trust, Martin Bacon was cared for by the Thorpe Hall Hospice in Peterborough in the last weeks of his life and the team would like to raise enough money to fund a room at the hospice as a lasting and worthwhile memorial to a man who had a transformative impact on so many young people’s lives.

The team, which includes the CEO of the trust,  two principals and two vice principals will be running alongside Martin’s daughter Jess.

We would love you to support the team if you can and any donations would help enormously with their motivation to keep training until the big day on April 24th.

You can donate by visiting the link or simply text CMAT60 £5 to 70070.

Many thanks for all your donations!
