We are delighted to be hosting the Festival of Thought, which promises to challenge and support each other in considering and developing who we are as rounded human beings. Through developing ‘thought’ we nurture the individual mind to achieve, find purpose and question, problem solve, reason and understand – fulfilling our fundamental goal as educators.
Members of the public are warmly welcomed to our Public Events on Thursday 28th June including a fascinating testimony by Dr Martin Stern MBE, one of the last remaining survivors of the Holocaust, a Publishing Secrets workshop with two successful authors and SWA’s answer to Question Time including a panel of local educators, students and critical thinkers.
In addition, there will be a number of workshops throughout the three days for staff and students of SWA.
For a full programme and information on how to book, please visit our Festival of Thought page.
