We are asking all our students, staff, parents and governors as well as members of the local community to give us their preferences on the designs for our new uniform. Our new uniform will be ready for the next academic year, September 2015, and we would very much like to know what you like and what you don’t like. To help gather all opinions, we have put together a Boys’ Uniform questionnaire and a Girls’ Uniform questionnaire, which is available on our uniform page.
Our competition, which was launched in October, gave us a whole host of different ideas to think about. Thank you to all those who entered the competition – we could see the amount of work which had gone into them. We have taken all of these ideas and with the help of an ex student and local designer, Jamie Russon, we have put the ideas into a questionnaire.
Year 11 students Megan Dunsten and Laura Notely have also been busy gathering opinions on our current uniform and what students would like to see change.
If you are interested in helping design our new uniform then please take the time to fill in the questionnaire. Our uniform should be one that Stamford can be proud of, so we would like as many people to contribute as possible.
Closing date for questionnaires is 6th January 2015 . This will allow us enough time, during the Spring Term, to formulate three winning uniforms which will then go to public vote.
