2016 Primary School Cross Country Results are in!

It was great to see so many children turn out for the annual Cross Country event hosted by Stamford Welland Academy last weekend. With over 20 12809631_10153308029011126_4774007994054741461_nschools taking part, the competition was fierce. Well done to all the runners who took part in the race. Coming first in the Year 3/4 Girls race was Barnack’s Norah Brill, closely followed by Bourne Westfield’s Emilie Cornben and Morton’s Holly Griffin.  St. Gilberts girls took the top two places in the Year 5/6 Girls race with Amelia Fairclough taking first place and Erin Cox second place. Third place was taken by Malcolm’s Sargent’s Tallulah Glover.

Benjie Fairclough from St. Gilbert’s Primary School took the first place in the boys’ Year 3/4 race, closely followed by Johan Coughlan from Malcolm Sargent and Reuben Isaac from Copthill. In the Year 5/6 boys’ race, Joe Garner from Barnack took first place, Bourne 12799000_10153971538873688_8020838153289558268_nWestfield’s Freddie Brooks took second and Seb Beadall from Barnack too third.
